Morten Persen (born 1957) is a Norwegian businessman.
With background from the Norwegian Naval Academy he has a master's degree in law from the University of Oslo. He was employed at Wikborg rein as a solicitor in Oslo and London and at the Norwegian Aker Group as Group Legal Manager and Senior Vice President - Cement and Building Materials, prior to taking up a practice as board member and management consulting. In 2011 he became CEO of Eitzen Maritime Services.
